At Nestee, we are all about finding the perfect next home for premium baby gear. We want you to feel completely confident when choosing a pre-loved stroller, car seat, or swing for your family. If something isn't quite the right fit, we’ve got you covered with a simple, straightforward return process.

Our 7-Day Promise

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your gear to decide if it's the right match for your next adventure. If it doesn't work out, you can return it to us for a refund.

How to Start a Return

Getting your item back to us is easy:

  • Reach out: Send us a quick email at hello@nestee.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  • Get instructions: Our team will reply promptly with exactly where and how to send the gear back to our Auckland location.
  • Pack it up: Please ensure the item is securely packaged so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Return Conditions

Because we deal in high-end, pre-loved gear, we maintain strict quality standards. To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the exact same condition it was in when it left our facility.

  • It must include all accessories, manuals, and parts that were originally provided.
  • It must not have any new stains, damage, or signs of wear beyond its original condition grading.
A Note on Safety (Car Seats & Capsules): Safety is our absolute priority. If you are returning a car seat, it must be completely unused by your family. Once returned, it will go back through our signature safety-check and deep clean process before finding its next home.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return arrives back with us, our team will do a quick inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions. Once approved, we will process your refund immediately. The funds will automatically be applied to your original payment method via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Please note it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Please note that for standard change-of-mind returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. If you are local to Auckland, we can arrange for you to drop it off directly to save on shipping fees!

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We thoroughly safety-check and inspect every piece of gear before listing it. However, if an item arrives damaged, is not as described, or if there's a genuine fault we missed, we will make it right immediately. Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, you are fully protected. Just email us with a photo, and we will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
